You may cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. You will be charged 100% of the total stay if you cancel from 13 to 0 days before arrival.

If the booking is longer than 2 weeks we ask for a deposit equal to 10% of the rent at the time of booking.

All apartments are available for private rentals, the rental contract can only be registered to a natural person and not to a company.
